Reviews and Ratings
Our stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms were spacious enough for a young couple with a one-month-old child and offered a view of the lakes in Copenhagen, but the location of our room at the end of the holiday was a bit dark and not clearly marked, although having a fridge in the room was convenient. The service was warm and welcoming, especially towards my daughter and me, but some staff members seemed a bit gruff, even though their supervisor was very nice. The hotel's location, close to downtown and Tivoli, was convenient, but the outside noise was noticeable if you had a room on the roadside of the building. The dining experience had its flaws, with limited options for vegetarians and an unexpected charge for cappuccinos. However, the fresh cream cakes were delightful.
The hotel is a true gem, offering fantastic decor and clever room partitioning for privacy while being just a step away from the pool. The service was warm and welcoming, even though there were some lapses in supplies replenishment. The location, although not perfect for quick access to major attractions, gives a unique oasis feel at the center of the hotel. The dining options were unexpectedly healthy and eco-friendly, while the facilities overall made for a comfortable stay.
The hotel offers stunning rooms with a not-so-great view of the courtyard parking lot. The service ranged from friendly to disinterested. Location feels like a tropical oasis but lacks warmth. Dining is of decent quality but not inspiring. Facilities are uniquely designed but with limited options.
I had a mix of experiences at the hotel. The rooms were huge and much better than expected, but there was a water leak issue that resulted in a room upgrade with a better view. The kitchenette was a bit disappointing as it only had a fridge and a kettle. The beds were comfortable, though.
The hotel room was very spacious, which was great for me as a solo traveler. However, it was not ready until the standard check-in time at 3:00, and the location was a bit dark and not well-marked. On the bright side, it had a handy fridge.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were spacious, but with a broken lamp in the living room and a water drainage problem in the bathroom. They had a yoga matress and Marshal speakers, which was a nice touch. However, the room was noisy and not as clean as I had hoped. The service was excellent overall, with friendly staff, but they could have given us a warmer welcome and explained the deposit fee more politely. The location, although stunning, felt a little far from the main tourist attractions, but it was a short walk to downtown and Tivoli. The dining options were limited and expensive, but the eco-friendly focus was a plus. The facilities were decent, but not exceptional.
